Removed source media for release.
Replaced mkv container with one including 4k, Japanese and English tracks, and srt subs. Moved English 1080p to sources. Renamed jpg thumbnail to match mkv.
Renamed folder once again with date, this time with round brackets for powershell compatibility. Added srt subtitles.
